Neighborhood & Homes
A neighborhood school can influence homebuyer interest and community appeal. Any property-value impact deserves careful study.
01 / WHO WE ARE · ENGLISH HILL COMMUNITY
Our School.
Our Community.
Our Future.
We are English Hill neighbors and Sunrise supporters standing together for our school, our homes, and the future of our community.
OUR COMMUNITY
Neighbors standing together.
Stand for Sunrise is a community-led effort by English Hill residents and Sunrise supporters. We care about our neighborhood school, our families, and the future of our community.
We are an independent community initiative, not an official PTA or school district organization.
02 / CURRENT ISSUE
Sunrise Elementary faces possible closure.
Northshore School District is considering school closure scenarios that include Sunrise Elementary. We believe the decision should consider the impact on students and families and the wider English Hill community.
Community Connections
Sunrise brings families and neighbors together and supports a strong sense of belonging.
Long-Term Future
Enrollment, neighborhood change, and alternatives to closure should be considered before a lasting decision.
03 / COMMUNITY FUND
Coming soon.
IN PREPARATION
We are working toward an independent community fund to support research, outreach, and professional consultation. The account and safeguards are not yet ready, so we are not accepting donations at this time.
